ABOUT OUR POLICIES
At Blue Roan Silver LLC, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because of the nature of handmade jewelry, please review the following policies carefully before placing an order.
ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please be sure to read all item descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
CARE & RESPONSIBILITY
While our pieces are made to last, they are still handcrafted and should be handled with proper care. Blue Roan Silver LLC is not responsible for broken pieces, damaged stones, or wear caused by normal use, improper handling, or treatment over time.
DAMAGES UPON ARRIVAL
If your item arrives with a defect or damage that occurred during fulfillment, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and determine how we can assist.
Please note: Blue Roan Silver LLC is not responsible for damage caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.
SHIPPING & ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Blue Roan Silver LLC is not responsible for incorrect addresses or delivery errors caused by customer input.
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, it is no longer under our control. If a package is delayed or marked as lost/stolen, we will do our best to help with recovery, but refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed.
All packages are insured and shipped through USPS. USPS can be notified if package is lost or damaged and you may file a claim through USPS.
SIZING RESPONSIBILITY
Blue Roan Silver LLC is not responsible for sizing errors. Please carefully review all measurements and item descriptions before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing or need additional measurements, contact us prior to placing your order.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom pieces must be paid in full before work begins. Payment plans may be available through the website.
All custom orders are final sale. Once the final design has been approved and payment is completed, no changes can be made. Please communicate clearly and thoroughly when discussing your custom request.
There are no holds on custom spots. A custom order is only secured once payment has been received.
Blue Roan Silver LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving ghosting, repeated unprofessional communication, or behavior that disrupts business operations.
